여러가지 종류의 프로그램들이 있지만, 위 프로그램이 인터페이스도 간략하면서
파일도 exe파일 하나로 모든 기능을 할 수 있기 때문에 애용하고 있습니다.
일단 프로그램을 실행하시면 위와 같은 화면이 나옵니다.
왼쪽 위에는 R,G,B값이 각각 나타나고,
아래로는 색 추출버튼 돋보기 버튼, 색상파레트가 있습니다.
오른쪽에는 현재 선택된 색과 HTML HEX값, 최근 추출한 색상 7가지가 나오게 되어있습니다.
오른쪽 아래에 보이는 화면은 추출할 때 그 주위의 화면입니다. 그리고 돋보기 기능을 이용할
경우에 이 부분에 해당 부분이 보이게 됩니다.
프로그램의 사용법은 일단 기본적으로 스포이드 모양의 아이콘을 누르시고
색을 추출하려는 부분에 드래그하고 가셔서 마우스버튼을 놓으시면 색이 추출이 됩니다.
추출하려는 영역의 크기가 너무 작을 경우에는 돋보기 버튼을 누르시고
드래그를 하셔서 영역을 선택 후에 + 나 - 버튼을 이용하여 확대/축소 할 수 있습니다.
프로그램 창 내에서(파레트 윗부분을 제외한) 마우스 우측 버튼을 누르시면
설정을 할 수 있는 메뉴가 나옵니다.
Color 메뉴에 있는 Snap to WebSafe는 웹에서 제대로 표현 될 수 있는 색상을 기준으로 색을 추출해주는
기능을 합니다. 그리고 Detect WebSafe는 프로그램의 하단 표시줄에 WebSafe 또는 Not WebSafe로 표시를
해주는 기능을 통해 색 추출에 도움을 줍니다.
Mode 메뉴의 경우 기본적으로 HTML HEX로 되어있는데 이 값의 표시 형식을 정하는 기능을 합니다.
Sampling 메뉴는 1pixel, 3x3 average, 5x5 average의 3가지 메뉴가 있는데
1pixel의 경우 한 픽셀의 값을 추출하고, 다른 메뉴는 범위내의 색의 평균값을 추출하는 역할을 합니다.
Options 메뉴와 Application 메뉴를 보시면 프로그램의 전반적인 설정을 할 수가 있습니다.

What's new in v5.4:
* Magnify while eyedropping
This option is on by default and allows the user to see a magnified area
while eyedropping. The pixel that is being selected will appear in the
magnifier window with a black square around it.
* Use Cross Hair cursor
the standard windows cross hair cursor can be used in lieu of the
eyedropper to select colors.
* Relative position measurements
If you press the Control key while eyedropping the coordinates will be set
to zero (0,0). When you drag the mouse to a new location the coordinates
values will be relative to the point where you pressed control. This is
very useful if you want to measure how pixels a certain object is. Note
that if you get a reading of 8,8 the area you just measured
is really 9,9 because the zero row and column are included.
* Detect WebSafe color
With this option enabled, color cop will indicate if the color selected
by the eyedropper is WebSafe or not.
* Allow Multiple Instances
This is an option which allows the user to restrict only one instance
of color cop from running at once, or allow multiple copies to run.
