시간에 관한 격언 – John Wesley

“To redeem time one does not want feverish hurry,
but a prompt, steady, quiet use of the minutes.
It was said of John Wesley that he was always in haste, but never in a hurry.
“Make haste slowly,” is a wise old adage.”

“나는 늘 서두르기는 하지만 별로 허둥대지는 않는다.
영혼의 평정을 유지할 수 있는 만큼만  일하기 때문이다.”

p.s. 위의 한글로 된 내용을 우연히 보게 되었는데…
나도 모르게 메모를 하게 되었다.
지금 나는 너무 허둥대며 살고 있는 건 아닌지…
